DEFINITIONS
Seller refers to Made to Conquer, the website owner – the person to whom the order for the purchase has been given.
Buyer refers to the person or organization placing the order.
Goods or services refers to the product(s) for which the buyer has placed an order for with the seller.
PAYMENT
All payments are due upon completion of order. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined, the order will not be placed for the products and no items will be shipped. The buyer forfeits the ownership of any items due to non-payment.
ORDER FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING POLICIES
Orders may take 2-7 business days to process and then the shipping time of the buyers chosen carrier will be on top of that. Most of our orders ship out within 3 days. Buyers with Rush orders should contact the seller BEFORE placing an order if there are questions on fulfilling a time-sensitive order.
Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount calculated by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is damaged during shipping, the seller will not be held responsible. The seller will take all reasonable steps to ensure the protection from loss, damage or destruction of the services or materials it supplies the buyer.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY
The seller is able to exchange or provide a store credit if the buyers merchandise is returned and received within 15 days from the date of purchase. The buyer must contact the seller. Not all merchandise is returnable. Shipping charges incurred for returned merchandise is the responsibility of the buyer. After 15 days, all sales are considered final.

Products claimed as damaged or not received are subject to investigation and discretion.
Merchandise to be returned must remain in its original condition meaning that the merchandise is unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Items returned without a return authorization number, past 15 days, or not in original condition will be returned to customer at the customer’s expense. We are not responsible for shrinkage or bleeding as a result of washing your item(s).
The risk of loss and title for such items pass to the buyer upon our delivery to the carrier. It is the buyers responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. In such case the seller will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.
The following items are not returnable/exchangeable under any circumstances:
– Shipping charges incurred for exchanges will be billed to buyer who placed the original order unless otherwise specified. Credits to credit cards take approximately two weeks to process from the time the return is received and processed.
– If the order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel or modify the order, it would then be the customer’s responsibility to send the package back to the seller and the original return/ exchange policy will be applied.
– Exchanged items along with orders that use a store credit are not eligible for free shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: All Final Sale merchandise is Final Sale, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES.
CANCELLATION/ORDER MODIFICATION
Once the buyer has clicked on the “confirm” button, it might be not possible to edit or cancel the order. If the buyer wants to change some parameters, addresses, etc., please check whether such an option is available in your account. The seller is not bound to make such modifications in an order, but will do our best on a case-by-case basis.
COMPLAINTS
Any complaints about items or the seller should be submitted to our support team. Please contact us. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually and the seller will be in contact with the buyer.
LEGALITIES
Except as expressly set out in this agreement, there are no other warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties as to title, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, merchantability or infringement of third party rights. Furthermore, the seller makes no warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties as to title, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, merchantability or infringement of third party products for sale on the Website.
The Website, related documentation and other files are provided to user or buyer on an “as is, where is” basis. The seller does not warrant that the services, information, content, materials, products or other services included on or otherwise made available to User through the Website or services; its servers, electronic communications, or e-mail sent from services are free of viruses or other harmful components. The seller and its suppliers do not and cannot warrant the performance or results User may obtain by using the Website.
The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the goods or services. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.
